Let's get started!

Certainly! Here's a simple recipe for homemade blackberry lemonade mocktail:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh blackberries
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4-5 lemons)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar (adjust according to taste)
  • 2 cups cold water
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon slices and fresh blackberries for garnish
  • LEUNE Cloud Berry Gem Drops (for an extra special garnish)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Blackberry Syrup:

  • In a small saucepan, combine the fresh blackberries and sugar.
  • Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the blackberries break down and release their juices, and the sugar is completely dissolved, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  • Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove the seeds, pressing down on the berries to extract all the juice. Discard the seeds and pulp.

2. Mix the Lemonade:

  • In a large pitcher, combine the freshly squeezed lemon juice and cold water.
  • Stir in the blackberry syrup until well combined. Adjust sweetness according to your taste preference by adding more sugar if needed.

3. Serve:

  • Fill glasses with ice cubes.
  • Pour the blackberry lemonade over the ice.
  • Garnish each glass with a slice of lemon, a few fresh blackberries, and a Cloud Berry Gem Drop if desired.
  • Stir gently before serving to distribute the flavors.

4. Enjoy!

  • Serve your homemade blackberry lemonade mocktail immediately and enjoy the refreshing taste!

Feel free to adjust the sweetness or tartness according to your preference by adding more sugar or lemon juice. You can also muddle some fresh mint leaves with the blackberries for an extra burst of flavor. Cheers!
