Shipping Policy
When an order is placed, it normally takes our team approx 2-3 business days to process and pack before shipping out to you. When an order leaves our facility, the shipping time varies by destination. The average time for standard shipping domestic orders in the US is 3 to 7 business days. After your order leaves the facility, LEUNE Lab is not responsible for products lost or damaged in transit.

International Orders: Customer is responsible for duties, taxes and additional fees. Please note, Hemp Delta-9 THC products cannot be sent internationally; if you place an order it will be canceled and you will be refunded.

Return Policy
We accept returns for merchandise within 30 days of when your order was received for non-hemp products only. 

We generally do not accept returns or exchanges for Hemp Delta-9 and Hemp CBD products. However, if there's an issue with your order, please contact our customer service.

Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging with a printed invoice. Merchandise must be in the condition of which it was received -- free from wear, odor, or stains. 

Refund amounts will be credited back to the original form of payment, shipping charges not included. It may take up to 15 business days to process the credit on your statement and depends upon the card issuer’s policy.

1. Hemp Derived Delta-9 THC, CBD, and CBG products are final sale and cannot be returned.
2. Made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned. 
3. Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Exchange Policy
If you receive a Hemp Delta-9 THC, CBD, or CBG product from LEUNE Lab that is damaged or defective and you report the item's condition within 48 hours of receiving an exchange may be considered. Please note that all sales of non-damaged Hemp products are final. Exchanges for reasons such as personal preferences regarding the look, feel, taste, smell, or any other characteristic of the product are not guaranteed and will be at the discretion of LEUNE Lab.
